A spreadsheet can help a large team, but small teams often need a lighter rule: one naming pattern that everyone can repeat without asking.

Write one pattern

A simple pattern such as channel + offer + date is easier to enforce than a long naming document. The rule should fit in one shared note.

Limit allowed values

Review old links monthly
