Messy copied text can confuse forms, support tools and AI prompts. Broken line breaks, doubled spaces, Markdown, hidden characters and repeated blocks make the input harder to read and harder to process.
Before pasting, clean the text with Remove Extra Spaces, Strip Markdown Formatting, Remove Non-ASCII or Trim Text.
Remove formatting that is not part of the request
If Markdown, bullets or copied headings are not meaningful, strip them before sending the prompt or form entry.
Keep structure where it helps
Do not flatten everything. Lists, short paragraphs and clear separators can make a prompt easier to follow.
Check length after cleanup
Use a counter only after the text is clean. Otherwise you may be counting duplicated spaces and accidental fragments.
