When text is too long, the worst fix is deleting random words until it fits. A better edit removes repetition, filler and weak openings first.
Use Trim Text to produce a shorter version, then check the result with the Character Counter or Word Counter.
Cut the setup first
Introductory phrases often repeat what the field label already says. Remove the setup before cutting useful detail.
Keep the concrete noun and action
The shorter version should still say what the reader gets, does or needs. If that disappears, the edit went too far.
Check the final paste
After shortening, paste into the real field or preview. Some systems count spaces, line breaks or emojis differently.
